In 1980, Pastor Jacob Yasso of Sacred Heart Parish gave the key to the city to Saddam Hussein. Hussein gave the parish $200,000 to pay down debt and build a parish center. Coleman A. Young gave the key to the parish as a courtesy to the City's Chaldean community.
